One of the Solutions offered by EKAM Solutions is a Remote Backup Service. With a Remote Backup Service the entire procedure is run automatically at a time chosen by you so you will forget that it is even happening.

The solution involves a regular (usually daily) backup from your network to our servers over your broadband connection using bank level security, so even if your data is intercepted it cannot be decrypted without the key which only you have access to, in fact it is so secure that we cannot decrypt it.

The Major Advantage to a Remote Backup Service aside from being fully automated, is that the backups are held off-site. Many poor backup plans leave the backups at the same location as the data so if an event occurs at that location the backup might also be destroyed.
